Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Director / Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury products and a proven track record of creating visually stunning and impactful designs. This role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and the ability to lead and inspire a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives.

• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with the brand's vision and standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging.

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.

• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate the latest design techniques and technologies.

• Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

• Designs include, landing pages, ads, sales decks, newsletter, presentations, social posts.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or Designer, preferably within the luxury products sector.

• Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing creative strategies for high-net-worth individuals.

• Familiarity with the latest design trends and luxury market insights.

• A passion for luxury products and a deep understanding of what appeals to UHNW individuals.
