Scandinavian Capital Markets is a foreign currency broker based in Stockholm. We are building the next generation of currency trading technology and products, and we are looking for a seasoned engineer who can work independently and think outside the box. If you are someone who excels at high-performance DevOps, but also expects to have a strong voice in high-level decisions such as system architecture, UI/UX, and product roadmap, we want to meet you!
DevOps Engineer
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and operate the AWS infrastructure behind our applications and ML systems.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and ML workflows
- Deploy and operate services on AWS, including EC2 hosting and model hosting on SageMaker
- Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Run containerized workloads on Docker and Kubernetes
- Own release management and deployment processes
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting
What we're looking for
- Hands-on AWS experience in production
- Strong Linux / Windows Server administration skills
- CI/CD experience, ideally with GitHub Actions
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Terraform or CloudFormation
- Python and/or Bash scripting
- Observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Experience with both application and ML deployment workloads
