Job Description
Intuitive Health is seeking a dynamic Health Systems Marketing Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth \& Health System Marketing, this role will be instrumental in executing media strategies, managing creative assets, and driving patient volume for our nationwide network of hybrid emergency and urgent care centers.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the marketing strategic plan and day-to-day execution, ensuring our value proposition is consistently activated across the customer journey. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for our advertising agency and will be seen as an extension of our partner health system marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Strategy \& Planning: Work closely with our ad agency to develop, plan, and execute comprehensive media strategies aimed at driving patient volume and market share.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of media plans across various channels, including SEM, social media, and direct response marketing.
- Creative Asset Management: Lead the production of "customer journey" photo and video shoots to ensure our marketing materials remain authentic to the health system brands and impactful.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain marketing scorecards to track ROI and KPI goals, providing detailed campaign summaries and data-driven insights to leadership.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as an internal brand champion, ensuring all marketing tactics align with our vision to simplify healthcare access and elevate the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within an ad agency and/or healthcare system.
- Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO and SEM, and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to operate independently and navigate executive-level environments, serving as a confident ambassador for the marketing team and translating complex data into compelling, high-stakes business cases.
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% to various US markets and the Corporate Service Center in Plano, TX.
