Pharmacist - Post Falls, ID

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1\+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy position is available for a part-time staff pharmacist working primarily day shifts in a retail setting. This opportunity offers a 13-week contract to hire arrangement, providing a pathway to potential full-time employment.

Location:

• Rathdrum, ID

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (If working Saturday, the candidate may have Thursday or Friday off)

Work Environment

• Team includes 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Utilizes the Pioneer pharmacy system
• Daily prescription volume ranges between 300 to 400

Responsibilities

• Verify prescription accuracy and appropriateness
• Provide patient counseling with an emphasis on excellent customer service
• Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Collaborate effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Active and clear pharmacist license in Idaho
• Demonstrated pharmacy experience, ideally in retail
