Senior Accountant

KBW has partnered with a privately held services organization in search of a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, multi-entity environment with strong exposure across accounting and operations.

This is a fully remote opportunity however candidates must live in Massachusetts, Main or New Hampshire. This is not a relocation opportunity and candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without ANY restrictions.

Key requirements \& highlights:

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities across multiple entities
• Maintain general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting support
• Assist with cash management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day accounting operations
• Partner with the finance team on process improvements, reporting, and special projects
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial records and documentation

Education \& Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

4–7 years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or private industry

Proven success working independently in a remote or hybrid work environment
