About Learner Mobile
Learner Mobile helps organizations grow their people through accessible, engaging talent development experiences. We believe learning should feel intuitive, motivating, and human — and the way we show up visually across our digital channels plays a critical role in how people connect with our work.
We operate in a fast-moving space where ideas quickly become experiences, and our digital presence needs to keep pace with both learning trends and modern marketing expectations.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Digital Visual Designer
who brings together strong visual craft, creative thinking, and hands-on execution. This role sits at the intersection of
brand, marketing, and digital experience
and is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping ideas and then bringing them to life across multiple channels.
You’ll help translate ideas, messages, and learning moments into compelling digital experiences across our website, email campaigns, and social media. You’ll also work directly in
HubSpot
, designing and building pages and campaigns that are not only visually strong but clear, purposeful, and engaging.
If you enjoy seeing your work go live quickly, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Concept and design digital experiences that tell clear, compelling stories
- Generate creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and ongoing digital initiatives, while staying aware of current design, UX, and digital marketing trends
- Translate complex or abstract ideas into simple, engaging visual narratives
- Design and build website pages and landing pages directly in HubSpot with a focus on speed-to-market and scalability
- Create visually engaging, on-brand email campaigns within HubSpot that are efficient to produce and easy to iterate
- Design social media graphics and supporting digital marketing assets
- Apply and evolve Learner Mobile’s visual brand across all digital channels
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content partners from early ideas through execution
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and visually consistent across devices and channels
- Continuously improve existing assets based on feedback, performance, and changing needs
What We’re Looking For
- 3\+ years of experience in digital, visual, or web design
- A portfolio that demonstrates:
- Strong visual design and layout
- Creative concepting and idea development
- Website, landing page, email, and digital marketing work
- Hands-on experience designing and building emails or pages in HubSpot
- Strong visual storytelling instincts—the ability to connect message, audience, and design quickly and effectively
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of modern web design best practices and current trends
Creative Mindset
You enjoy thinking through ideas, asking questions, and exploring how design can communicate meaning — not just aesthetics. You’re comfortable moving from concept to execution and take pride in creating work that feels thoughtful, clear, and human.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or learning/talent development
- Familiarity with conversion-focused or campaign-driven design
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment
Why This Role Matters
Your work will help shape how learners, clients, and partners experience Learner Mobile — from first impression to ongoing engagement. Through thoughtful concepting and strong execution, you’ll help ensure our digital presence reflects the quality, clarity, and care we put into developing people.
How to Apply
Please apply with a link to your portfolio showcasing relevant digital work, including web, email, or marketing design. We’re especially interested in seeing projects where you contributed to the concept or creative direction, not just final execution.
