Speech Language Pathologist - PRN/As Needed

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapy, and implementing strategies to support functional communication and safe swallowing.

They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate residents and families, document progress, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications involve a Master’s degree, current licensure, and experience in relevant settings.

Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and assisting residents in a fast-paced facility environment.

Work involves direct patient interaction, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with staff in various care settings.
