Senior Accountant: Irvine, CA
We’re partnering with a growing, dynamic company in Irvine seeking a
Senior Accountant
to join their expanding finance team. This is a high-visibility role with strong leadership exposure and real opportunity to impact processes and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead key components of the month-end and year-end close
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules
- Analyze balance sheet and P\&L activity, identifying trends and variances
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes
- Assist with system enhancements and process automation initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6\+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience in month-end close and reconciliations
- ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA (or pursuing) preferred
