About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, mission-driven Digital Brand Designer to take ownership of our public-facing visual identity. This is a highly autonomous role designed for a self-starter. We operate in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured startup environment; you will be given a large degree of freedom to shape our visual storytelling and will be expected to own your tasks from concept to final delivery.

You will act as the steward of the Anivive brand, responsible for creating and maintaining cohesive, impactful identity assets across digital and print. A major focus will be driving the design and visual strategy for our marketing web presence (including anivive.com and vidiumah.com). You will collaborate directly with key stakeholders across the entire company—from marketing and engineering to executive leadership—ensuring that our complex biotechnology and veterinary science is translated into compelling, emotionally resonant, and accessible digital experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Brand Guardianship \& Creation:

Design and deliver high-quality visual content for multiple platforms, ensuring a premium, cohesive brand aesthetic across all public-facing touchpoints.

  • Web \& Digital Design:

Create striking, responsive page designs, landing pages, and digital marketing assets (social media, email, digital ads, and investor pitch decks).

  • Autonomous Execution:

Thrive in an unstructured environment by proactively identifying design needs, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and owning your creative pipeline.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (including our product UX/UI designer and software engineers) to align on brand guidelines and deliver meticulously organized, developer-ready design files (Figma).

  • Visual Storytelling:

Transform complex scientific data, AI concepts, genomic profiles, and clinical trial information into digestible, beautiful infographics and visual narratives.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in Brand Identity, Visual Design, and digital marketing assets.

(Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).

  • Design Mastery:

Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma, alongside strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Self-Directed:

Proven ability to work with a high degree of freedom, manage your own time effectively, and execute at a high level without micro-management.

  • Communication \& Advocacy:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present, explain, and collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments.

  • Web Native:

Deep understanding of modern web design principles, responsive grid systems, and how to design effectively for hand-off to development teams.

  • Education \& Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience in UX/UI design, motion graphics, or working within the healthcare/biotech space is a strong plus.
