Starting Salary: $120,000 yearly
We’re looking for a Digital Design Operations Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of the tools and systems that support our UX Design, Creative Services, and Video Production teams. This role serves as the internal expert for TS Content Hub and Figma, helping teams collaborate, create, and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Working in a highly collaborative environment, you’ll partner across teams and leadership levels to align priorities, streamline workflows, and keep creative execution running smoothly.
What you will do as a Digital Design Operations Manager:
- Oversee TS Content Hub, our internal Digital Content Repository hosted by Bynder.
- Strategically propose and execute updates to taxonomy, oversee metadata accuracy and tagging standards, and ensure search optimization and usability.
- Drive adoption and ensure tool is meeting the needs of teams across the enterprise, including but not limited to: creative services, UX design, product, engineering, marketing, operations, strategic communication, and executives.
- Lead TS Content Hub Council, a cross-functional group that makes substantive decisions on broad use of the tool and supports compliance with brand, copyright, licensing, and record policies
- Create, intake, and prioritize proposed changes to how the organization is using the tool in the spirit of efficiency and collaboration.
- Oversee integrations with other tools, such as Contentful and Workfront.
- Establish best practices for asset versioning, access control, bloat mitigation, and archival processes.
- Define KPIs for tool adoption, efficiency, asset reuse, and workflow effectiveness.
- Lead audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage internal Figma instance.
- Support and govern scalable UX design operations within Figma, including libraries, permissions, and component governance for internal users, agency partners, and consultants.
- Support cross-functional users in marketing, strategic communications, engineering, and other departments as they learn and use Figma.
- Regularly audit processes and tools to find and recommend efficiencies and optimizations.
- Evaluate, select, implement, and sunset UX tools as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing model.
- Develop onboarding materials and training programs for UX tools.
- Act as a central point of contact for UX tooling support and escalation.
- Manage budgets related to tooling and enablement programs.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Digital Design Operations Manager, you'll need:
- 5\+ years leading cross-functional programs in enterprise organizations, preferably in UX operations or design operations.
- Experience implementing and/or managing a Digital Media Repository, Media Asse.t Management system, and/or facilitating a content supply chain.
- Extensive experience working in Figma.
- Strong program management skills (roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, risk management).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Comfortable leading and managing change across teams.
- Experience managing small teams.
