About the Opportunity:

A prestigious commercial real estate firm in New York that emphasizes personal development and a positive work environment is seeking a talented digital designer.

Job Details:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences, key messages, deadlines, and distribution channels, translating those inputs into effective creative solutions.
• Transform complex business concepts and communications into polished visual experiences across email marketing, websites, intranet platforms, social channels, presentations, events, signage, and other branded materials.
• Lead the design and production of high-profile corporate communications, including annual reports, executive communications, investor materials, corporate presentations, and organization-wide announcements.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and produce video content for digital and social platforms, including short-form video, motion graphics, animation, and other multimedia assets that align with established brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• 5\+ years of Graphic Design Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
• Familiar with UX/UI Design Principals

The annual base salary range is $100k to $130k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
