is currently partnering with a leading consumer goods business to recruit a results-driven Digital Growth Manager. This is a permanent opportunity, operating on a

hybrid

basis, based in

Surrey

.

This role will be instrumental in accelerating digital performance, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing brand visibility across key online channels. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working cross-functionally and with external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital growth strategies to increase visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth across key markets.
  • Manage core digital channels including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, website, and marketplace platforms.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to optimise digital performance, leveraging best-in-class tools, technologies, and strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact “hero” campaigns aligned to key commercial objectives and brand priorities.
  • Own and deliver key digital initiatives, transitioning successful activities into business-as-usual processes where appropriate.
  • Work closely with regional and country marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and incremental revenue.
  • Manage influencer and partnership marketing processes, including identification, onboarding, and ongoing management of paid influencers and content creators.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support new market launches, implementing a structured “test and learn” approach with clear KPIs and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with analytics and commercial teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Work alongside digital and technology stakeholders to ensure effective use and optimisation of marketing platforms and tools.
  • Embed a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, driving testing across channels to enhance performance.
  • Partner with digital agencies to develop strategy, optimise, and scale both organic and paid activity in line with engagement, revenue, cost, and ROAS targets.
  • Deliver clear and consistent performance reporting, measuring impact and informing future strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or a similar role, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of key digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously across different channels and teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a motivational and coaching-led approach.
