Digital Marketing Associate

who is as comfortable interpreting data as they are shaping how the brand shows up across the digital landscape. This role sits at the intersection of product, passion, and performance, supporting the Marketing Manager in translating strategy into impactful consumer and dealer-facing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns (B2C and B2B) aligned with product launches, dealer initiatives, and seasonal storytelling
  • Assist in paid media coordination (Meta, Google, etc.), including asset trafficking, audience targeting, and performance tracking

Content \& Social Media

  • Execute day-to-day social media publishing across key platforms, ensuring consistency with brand tone and visual identity
  • Coordinate content calendars and support asset management for US-specific campaigns
  • Partner with athletes, ambassadors, and dealers to amplify brand storytelling at the local level

Performance Tracking \& Reporting

  • Track and report on key digital KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, CAC, ROAS)
  • Build weekly and monthly reports to provide actionable insights to the Marketing Manager and leadership team
  • Support data-driven decision-making across campaigns and channel investments

Dealer \& Channel Support

  • Assist in rolling out digital marketing toolkits and assets to dealer partners
  • Support co-op marketing initiatives and localized campaign execution
  • Ensure alignment between consumer marketing efforts and dealer traffic-driving initiatives

Skills \& Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (email, paid media, analytics, social)
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and visual communication skills aligned with a premium brand
  • Passion for cycling and the performance road category is highly preferred

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Compensation Range:

$19 - $21 per hour
