The

Digital Marketing Manager

is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote ABC Keystone’s programs, events, workforce development initiatives, training opportunities, and member engagement efforts.

This role leads social media and email marketing strategies through the creation of engaging visual and written content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include designing graphics and videos, managing content calendars, scheduling and publishing social media posts, monitoring analytics, and overseeing email marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Essential Functions

Social Media Content Creation \& Design

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphics, carousels, stories, Reels, and static posts using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, calls-to-action, and full post copy that are grammatically perfect, on-brand, and optimized for each platform’s voice and audience.
  • Develop monthly content calendars that blend visual storytelling with strategic messaging to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create original templates, branded assets, and visual systems that maintain consistency while allowing for platform-specific creativity.

Social Media Management \& Community Engagement

  • Schedule and publish content across all platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite or Google Ads.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and interactions daily; respond promptly with professional, friendly, and grammatically correct replies to nurture relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, clicks) and provide clear, insight-driven reports with recommendations for improvement.

Email Management

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, and promotional emails
  • Write, edit, and format email content aligned with brand voice and messaging
  • Build and manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting
  • Design email layouts using templates or drag-and-drop builders (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Schedule and deploy campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align messaging across channels

Non-Essential Functions

  • Travel both in-state and out-of-state for professional development and national events.

Job Qualifications and Skills

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a social media graphic designer, content creator, or similar in-house or multi-brand role (portfolio required — must showcase both design work and writing samples from multiple brands or clients).
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva Pro \+ Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Excellent written English with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation—writing samples or a short test may be requested.
  • Proven ability to write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and stories that match brand voice and drive engagement.
  • Solid understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics for traffic referral).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines across several companies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush) or experience with short-form video scripting.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This is an office position in a climate-controlled environment. The Digital Marketing Manager may need to lift up to 25 lbs. Events may take place outdoors, exposing the position to sun, heat, cold, snow and/or rain.

This position may work occasionally at early morning or late evening events.
