Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager (Freelance) 4 Days per Week
Central London (Hybrid)
£300 - £350 a day
We’re partnering with a globally recognised media and content business to find an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for an immediate freelance opportunity.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of performance marketing activity, and drive measurable results across multiple paid channels.
What you’ll be doing:
- Auditing, optimising, and scaling paid media campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and more)
- Planning and executing full-funnel campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative testing
- Driving performance through a strong understanding of KPIs such as CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign efficiency
- Leading a test-and-learn approach with ongoing A/B testing across creative, audiences, and landing pages
- Translating data into clear, actionable insights to inform decision-making
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across consumer and cross-functional teams
- Working across CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools (with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems)
What we’re looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of improving campaign performance
- Confident working with data and analytics tools to drive optimisation
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with martech ecosystems and adaptability to new platforms
