Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support a variety of internal and external communication initiatives. This role works closely with the broader communications team and plays a key part in executing digital marketing campaigns and producing high-quality content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design digital and print collateral, including email campaigns, landing pages, internal communications, flyers, and other marketing materials
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of web content, including microsites and updates to existing pages
• Manage and update marketing templates to ensure consistency and brand alignment
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and tone across various platforms
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar tools) for campaign creation and deployment
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a solid understanding of content layout and design
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred:

• Familiarity with regulated or corporate industries is a plus

Education \& Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns and digital content
• Comfortable interacting professionally in occasional client-facing situations
