This is a high-impact, fast-paced role designed for a proactive marketer who thrives on cross-discipline collaboration. You will bridge the gap between Paid Search, UX, and Creative teams, ensuring high-profile multi-channel campaigns are executed with surgical precision using Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite.

The Role

• Drive the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns by coordinating between Creative, Analytics, Media, and Paid Search teams.

• Spearhead the master promotional calendar, ensuring all digital assets are synchronized for high-traffic retail events.

• Manage critical agency relationships and external partnerships to maintain seamless campaign workflows and asset delivery.

• Own the financial tracking for the digital department, including team invoicing, billing reconciliation, and budget reporting.

• Act as a key stakeholder in campaign activity meetings, providing tactical updates and proactive solutions for asset management.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a digital marketing or media coordination environment.

• Hands-on familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred); a Google Analytics Certification is a major plus.

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation and Adobe Creative Suite for basic asset management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Accounting with a high degree of "process-oriented" thinking.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a high-volume, on-site retail corporate environment.
