Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3-5 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or performance marketing.
Experience managing paid media budgets and working with external vendors or agencies.
Working knowledge of digital advertising and analytics platforms, including:
Google Ads Manager
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms
Sprout Social
User Maven

or comparable analytics and attribution tools

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate performance results and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
This role is office based with approximately 10 or less days of travel per year.
May require occasional collaboration outside of standard business hours to support events, campaign launches or deadlines.

Preferred

Experience supporting social media performance for a media or content-driven organization.
Familiarity with digital monetization models and audience growth strategies.
