We’re partnering with our client, a luxury brand company based in Midtown Manhattan, to find a talented Digital Marketing and Content Partnership Assistant. This hybrid role supports the company's social responsibility and arts initiatives, working closely with digital marketing and content teams. The position is based in New York City and requires an employment type of Temp.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Wednesday in office mandatory) - Manahttan NY

Responsibilities:

• Assist in translating brand guidelines into actionable digital marketing standards for the U.S. jewelry network.
• Monitor and evaluate website performance through reporting tools, ensuring brand consistency across digital properties.
• Support the maintenance of digital content guidelines, website compliance, and best practices documentation.
• Provide operational support to the website and marketing teams to implement digital initiatives effectively.
• Conduct research on digital trends, new technologies, and potential partners to enhance brand presence.
• Approximately 75% Digital Marketing
• Approximately 25% Content Sponsorships/Partnerships
• Monitor brand compliance
• Coordinate website updates
• Reporting and analytics
• Serve as liaison between US and European teams
• Support content partnerships and sponsorship initiatives
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Help maintain brand consistency across partnership efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing or brand management within a luxury environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Familiarity with website practices, including SEO, HTML, tracking codes, and AI trends.
• Strong communication skills, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
