About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Digital Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in project management, digital operations, or technology delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to help coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. You will gain hands-on experience in managing digital initiatives while developing strong communication, organisational, and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating digital projects from initiation through to completion.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and task tracking activities.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with design, development, marketing, and business teams to facilitate project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Identify and escalate project risks, delays, or resource constraints when necessary.
- Support quality assurance and project delivery activities as required.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and project administration tasks.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Internship, academic project, or previous administrative experience in a project-based environment.
- Understanding of digital products, websites, mobile applications, or marketing projects.
- CAPM certification or project management coursework (desirable but not required).
