✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Building and managing strong relationships with local and international banks, payment schemes and financial institutions; negotiating commercial terms and optimizing cost structures
• Owning end-to-end pricing strategy, including merchant pricing, commission structures, interchange optimization and unit economics analysis
• Leading liquidity and treasury strategy, ensuring optimal cash positioning across multiple banks and safeguarding accounts
• Balance sheet and cashflow management
• Acting as the main point of contact with external auditors, independent auditors, banks, tax authorities and relevant government/regulatory bodies (TCMB, MASAK, etc.).

• Managing monthly closing processes and preparing solo and consolidated financial statements in accordance with appropriate accounting standards (KGK and TTK)
• Leading the financial reporting function, reporting to shareholders, TCMB, KGK and other regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring that monthly and quarterly tax declaration processes are carried out in accordance with the regulations
• Performing financial analysis on financial statements and reporting to the C-level on a regular basis
• Leading the budget and forecast processes of the company. Processing rolling forecasts according to most up to date business insights in coordination with business units,
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses based on the specific requests of C-Level.
• Designing and maintaining appropriate systems and processes for effective financial control.
• Leading process improvement and automation projects to improve reporting processes.
• Advising business unit leaders to set up financial processes of new business initiatives
• Controlling and reviewing payroll process
• Ensure and review that accounting standards and statutory requirements are applied properly
• Ensuring full compliance with Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye regulations specific to payment and e-money institutions, including safeguarding and reporting obligations
• Establishing scalable financial data infrastructure, ensuring accurate, real-time reconciliation between payment systems and accounting records

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics,
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in general Finance and Accounting
• Experience in payment systems, banks or e-money institutions is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory framework related to payment services and electronic money (TCMB, MASAK compliance)
• Experience in pricing, unit economics and profitability management in transaction-based business models
• Extensive knowledge of financial products, treasury operations and accounting
• Experience in ERP systems; Logo or SAP FI module knowledge is preferred,
• Proficiency in English- both verbal and written,
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High attention to details and accuracy,
• Positive thinking skills \& good team player \& eager to learn new things,
