  • Provide executive ownership of global floorset and laydown development, collaborating deeply with Global Merchandising and Omni teams to balance aesthetic and commercial goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure VM readiness for new market entries and high-profile flagship openings, including strategic oversight of VM mapping, manifests, and final walkthroughs.
  • Guide VM execution for regional holidays and cultural moments, ensuring brand relevance while respecting local traditions and consumer behaviors.

Leadership \& Collaborative Partnership

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing international VM and styling team across both Home Office and field roles.
  • Represent the International VM \& Styling function in senior leadership forums, driving clarity on priorities and accountability across global regions.
  • Partner with regional leads and Visual Operations to deliver tailored VM training and strategic feedback, providing escalation support for complex partner reviews and laydown executions.

Measures of Success

The success of this role is defined by the ability to translate core brand directives into diverse international store formats while maximizing square-footage productivity. You will be measured on your ability to harmonize global brand standards with critical international considerations, including local capacity, seasonality, and flow strategy.

Skills \& Experience

  • 10\+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Styling, or Creative Retail, with proven leadership across international or multi-market environments
  • Demonstrated ability to set and scale global VM and styling strategy, balancing consistent brand expression with local market and assortment needs.
  • Proven people leader with experience managing and developing senior, multi-regional teams and working effectively across time zones and partner models.
