- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Extensive experience producing and reviewing construction documents.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design documentation and consultant coordination.
- Experience with multifamily, hospitality, workplace, or residential projects.
- Experience with Monograph or similar project management software is preferred.
- Interest in AI, automation, and technology within architecture and design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
-
Who You Are
You're equally comfortable reviewing a construction document set, mentoring a junior team member, improving a Revit family, or evaluating a new AI workflow. You enjoy creating systems that make teams more effective and understand that great technology is only successful when people actually use it.
You're collaborative, approachable, and accountable. You know how to set high standards while building trust, and you enjoy helping others grow.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently high-quality construction-document sets.
- Strong QA/QC processes across every project.
- Better coordination with fewer RFIs and revisions.
- Improved BIM standards and Revit workflows.
- Greater visibility into staffing and project performance through Monograph.
- Practical adoption of AI and automation that improves efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- A studio where technology supports design rather than complicates it.
