  • Establish clear processes for requirements, design, change management, and workflows.
  • Ensure decisions support constructability and downstream execution.

Technical Execution \& Quality

  • Own engineering plans and deliverable quality (drawings, models, specs, studies, vendor docs).
  • Lead design reviews, phase gates, constructability reviews, and MOC processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes/standards and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and influence 100\+ direct, indirect, and matrixed team members.
  • Set expectations, drive accountability, and develop leaders.

Staffing \& Resource Management

  • Optimize HVE center utilization and partner with TA on hiring needs.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural, Chemical, or related).
  • Experience leading large, multi-discipline teams (50–100\+).
  • Proven ownership of technical execution, quality, and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of combined-cycle systems (GT, HRSG, steam, BOP, I\&C, electrical).
  • Experience with budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Preferred

  • 10–15\+ years delivering combined-cycle projects (FEED to commissioning).
  • PE license.
  • EPC/EPCm experience.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (ASME, API, NFPA, NERC, OSHA).
  • Experience with tools such as P6, Navisworks, ETAP, and design/data systems.
  • AWP, modularization, and HVE center experience.

Why Join

  • Lead high-impact energy infrastructure projects.
  • Influence execution strategy across a growing portfolio.
  • Grow and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team.
