As the

Head of Marketing (director equivalant)

, you will define the overall marketing vision, brand narrative, and global go-to-market strategy, with ultimate accountability for accelerating revenue growth and building a scalable revenue engine.

You are not just a manager; you are a builder. You will implement the playbooks, data structures, and segmentation strategies needed to scale our hockeystick growth, positioning Wellness Coach as the premier solution in the highly competitive employer health and HR tech space.

What you’ll bring / what you’ll do

  • Build the "Scale" Playbook:

Move the team away from a "one-size-fits-all" approach. You will segment our target audience (Enterprise vs. Mid-Market vs. Tech) and design specific marketing motions and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for each.

  • Lead \& Mentor a Multi-Disciplinary Team:

Manage and mentor our marketing team, establishing clear KPIs that shift the focus from "activity" (emails sent) to "outcomes" (qualified pipeline, CAC, and revenue).

  • Own Demand Generation \& Pipeline:

Take ownership of the marketing pipeline forecast. You will partner closely with Sales to identify and capture demand, ensuring a seamless handoff from marketing qualified lead (MQL) to closed-won revenue.

  • Operationalize Data:

Leverage our tech stack (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Iterable) to build automated, data-driven lead nurturing campaigns. Create a feedback loop by systematically aggregating market and prospect feedback to influence the Product Roadmap.

  • AI Strategy \& Implementation:

Champion the strategic integration of AI tools across all marketing functions to drive automation, efficiency, and content velocity. Lead the team in experimenting with emerging AI innovations and establishing best practices for leveraging prompting platforms to enhance brand content and digital assets.

  • Pipeline Generation:

Building and maintaining a predictable, high-converting pipeline of leads to support aggressive sales targets.

  • Efficiency:

Optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increasing marketing ROI by implementing scalable, tech-touch inbound strategies alongside targeted outbound enterprise motions.

  • Brand Authority:

Establishing Wellness Coach as a thought leader and top-tier competitor against other major players in the Next-Gen EAP and employer health sectors.

  • Team Growth:

A high-performing, happy team that has clear career paths and defined swim lanes.

What you’ll bring

  • 12\+ years of experience

in B2B SaaS Marketing.

Deep experience in Employer Health, HR Tech, or Corporate Wellness is required.

We are looking for leaders who understand the nuances of selling to benefit brokers and CHROs (experience at or competing with companies like Lyra Health, Spring Health, Modern Health, or Personify Health/Virgin Pulse is a massive plus).

  • 5\+ years of people management experience leading other managers or directors

during a "scaling up" phase (Series B to C).

  • Experience managing diverse account sizes:

You know how to market to a Fortune 500 CHRO (white-glove ABM) and how to automate lead generation for a 50-person\+ startup (digital-touch).

  • Data Fluency:

You are comfortable working with data (Mixpanel, Excel, AI chatbots) to uncover campaign performance trends. You don't just report numbers; you explain the "why".

  • Tech Stack Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot is a must).

  • Operational Mindset:

You love building processes, templates, and playbooks rather than reinventing the wheel for every campaign.

  • Empathy \& Grit:

You are ready to roll up your sleeves and execute a campaign, while simultaneously planning the strategy for next year.
