About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing, physician-led healthcare organization seeking an experienced

Director of Operations

to join its executive leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in scaling a successful multi-location practice platform with plans for continued expansion through both new locations and acquisitions.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Director of Operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing scalable systems and processes, enhancing financial performance, and building the infrastructure needed to support the organization's next phase of growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence on strategy, operations, and long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple practice locations.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives.
• Oversee practice managers and operational teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Drive operational efficiency through workflow optimization, process improvement, and implementation of best practices.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational outcomes.
• Oversee revenue cycle performance, billing processes, collections, and accounts receivable management.
• Develop and maintain scalable policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support acquisition integration efforts and new location launches.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance patient experience and staff engagement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• 7\+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site medical practice operations.
• Strong background in practice management, operational excellence, and team leadership.
• Experience with revenue cycle management, financial performance improvement, and budgeting.
• Proven success leading organizational growth, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven management approach.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and physician stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
