Director of Product

For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Product to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $151,500 – $181,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for the company’s mobile app and web experiences
• Define product roadmaps aligning member needs with business goals
• Collaborate with design and engineering for Agile delivery
• Utilize data to enhance user experiences in healthcare
• Communicate product vision and progress to executives
• Mentor Product Managers and strengthen a product-led culture
• Set priorities for Product Managers and ensure strategic alignment

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading product strategy for consumer-facing platforms
• Experience mentoring Product Managers in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of product discovery and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with AI's role in Product Development Lifecycle
• Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
• Track record of delivering complex projects with executive visibility
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and regulated environments
• Member-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
