Director of Product

to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its product portfolio.

, you will operate as a

high‑influence individual contributor

within the Product organisation, helping define and deliver the future of a complex, global product ecosystem

You’ll own the development and execution of sophisticated product strategies across a diverse portfolio, driving how customers access, connect, sell and automate their operations. This role blends deep product management craft with strong commercial acumen and technical fluency, including APIs, data platforms and AI‑driven capabilities.

This is a role for a

strategic builder

— someone comfortable with ambiguity, able to lead through influence and skilled at translating vision into outcomes across engineering, design, data and commercial teams.

Your role in action

• Drive objectives across several key functional areas, delivering significant new products over time
• Build deep understanding of customer and user journeys, collaborating closely with product and technology teams to define aligned, high‑impact epics
• Define, track and analyse product metrics, feeding insights back into continuous product improvement
• Successfully ship software products, managing influence through persuasion, negotiation and consensus-building
• Clearly articulate product strategy, value and outcomes to audiences ranging from immediate stakeholders to the wider organisation

• Proven experience delivering complex, large‑scale products in technology, marketplace or platform environments
• Strong ability to craft compelling narratives that link product vision to business outcomes, influencing senior leaders and aligning cross‑functional teams
• Experience shaping and strengthening product culture within complex organisations
• Solid understanding of API ecosystems, automation and data analytics
• Familiarity with AI‑native product design, intelligent automation and emerging LLM‑based capabilities
