Director of Product Development

We are looking for a seasoned product development leader to own the full development process across our Flou, Tailoring, and Leather categories. This is a senior, cross-functional role for someone who brings deep craft knowledge, strong operational discipline, and the presence to drive a team and a calendar with equal confidence.

You will report directly to our Head of Product and partner closely with Design, Technical, Supply Chain, and Production to bring each collection from concept to delivery on time, on cost, and to the highest standard of the brand.

Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product development across Flou, Tailoring, and Leather — from initial concept through final production approval
• Manage, mentor, and set direction for the PD team, including product developers and senior patternmakers across categories
• Own seasonal development calendars, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment with Design, Technical, and Production teams
• Oversee vendor and factory relationships in partnership with the Supply Chain team to drive cost, quality, and lead time
• Represent PD in leadership reviews and present seasonal line status to senior stakeholders
• Identify and resolve development blockers early, keeping the team moving and brand standards intact

Who You Are

• 7\+ years of experience in product development at a fashion brand, with strong category knowledge across multiple classifications
• Deep familiarity with Flou, Tailoring, or Leather — ideally more than one
• A natural team leader who develops people while keeping a sharp eye on the work
• Highly organized with a strong command of development calendars and milestone management
• Clear communicator who can hold a room with leadership and get into the details with a factory on the same day
• Thrives in a hands-on, in-office environment where standards are high and the pace is fast
