Position Summary

Baseline Aviation Services is seeking an experienced Director of Product Line to lead strategic and operational initiatives for a growing aviation aftermarket organization based in Miami, Florida.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within FAA Part 145 repair station environments, with a proven track record leading maintenance operations, supply chain, logistics, quality, and overall business performance. This executive-level leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence while managing cross-functional teams, customer relationships, financial performance, and long-term product line strategy.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the assigned aviation product line.
• Direct cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Support.
• Manage product line financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P\&L responsibility.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee asset management, inventory control, repair operations, and supply chain performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, MRO providers, suppliers, government customers, and commercial aviation operators.
• Support business development efforts, customer programs, and long-term contract growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations, quality systems, technical records, and audit requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor, develop, and provide executive leadership to department managers and operational teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 15\+ years of progressive aviation leadership experience.
• Extensive experience within FAA Part 145 repair station operations.
• Strong background in aviation maintenance operations, logistics, supply chain, quality, and asset management.
• Experience leading large cross-functional organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar aerospace operations with full P\&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, technical records, compliance programs, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 25\+ years of aviation industry experience.
• Experience supporting commercial aviation, government, and defense customers.
• Established relationships with OEMs, MRO organizations, and aviation suppliers.
• Experience leading business development initiatives and long-term customer programs.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is highly desirable.
