Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Own product portfolio P\&L performance to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps to support growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability
  • Manage full product lifecycle strategy including launches, growth initiatives, portfolio optimization, and rationalization
  • Partner cross-functionally with R\&D, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, marketing, and sales teams to drive execution
  • Oversee new product development projects from business case through commercialization and launch
  • Support contract manufacturing partnerships, including supplier coordination, launch support, capacity planning, and quality alignment
  • Identify operational and supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect production and business continuity
  • Monitor portfolio performance, key innovation metrics, and market trends to refine strategy and improve results
  • Collaborate with channel management and marketing teams to support product campaigns and revenue goals
  • Partner with technical experts and key opinion leaders to strengthen product positioning and market credibility
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and return on investment

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7\+ years of marketing or sales experience with at least 3\+ years in product management or related leadership roles
  • Strong product portfolio and P\&L management experience
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives from concept through launch
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to supply chain operations
  • Experience supporting contract manufacturing or external supplier partnerships
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and margins
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
