Salary: 250k Base DOE \+ Benefits

Edison Smart is partnered with a leading innovator in advanced wireless radio communications based in California, focused on next-generation tactical and mission-critical connectivity solutions.

We are seeking a Director of Product Management with deep expertise in wireless product strategy and execution. This individual will lead product vision, roadmap development, and portfolio prioritization across complex hardware and software-based wireless systems.

Key skills:

• 10\+ years of Product Management experience in wireless communications (RF, SDR, MANET, or tactical radios)
• Proven success owning product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for hardware \+ software systems
• Strong experience partnering with Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align strategy and execution
• Experience supporting DoD / military / government programs (e.g., Navy, defense agencies)
