A global technology business is seeking a

Director of Product Management

to lead its transport solutions portfolio across international markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for product strategy, roadmap execution, commercial performance, and people leadership across a broad suite of telematics, connected mobility, hardware, software, and partner-integrated solutions.

You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer teams to deliver market-leading solutions for the transport and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio direction
• Build business cases and support major investment decisions
• Use customer, market, competitor, and performance data to shape priorities
• Lead cross-functional delivery and go-to-market alignment
• Oversee pricing, commercial performance, and lifecycle management
• Coach and develop a high-performing product team
• Influence senior stakeholders across a global, matrixed organisation

About You

• Extensive product leadership experience in

enterprise SaaS and/or IoT hardware

• Strong background in

transport, logistics, fleet, telematics, or mobility

• Proven success leading product teams in a complex global environment
• Commercially strong, with experience in pricing, business cases, and KPI ownership
• Comfortable working across time zones and with senior stakeholders
• Experience with tools such as

Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, Excel

, and AI-enabled product tools is advantageous

• Relevant tertiary qualifications required; MBA or postgraduate study highly regarded
