Position Summary

Trackforce is seeking a Director of Product Management to own and scale its enterprise product strategy—the company’s primary growth engine. This leader will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution across Command Center, corporate security, GRC Cartridges, and the MCP integration platform, positioning Trackforce as the embedded security intelligence layer within Fortune 2000 SOCs.

You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers while delivering modular, API-first enterprise capabilities that unlock new market expansion. This role blends strategic ownership with disciplined execution—driving rapid MVP delivery in 6-week cycles, advancing an open integration ecosystem (AI/SIEM/SOAR), and ensuring every product investment is tied to measurable revenue, NRR, and enterprise deal acceleration.

Partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership, you will shape go-to-market strategy, lead Customer Advisory Board insights into product direction, and engage directly with F500 security leaders and CISOs. Success requires strong technical fluency, enterprise SaaS experience, and a proven ability to build and scale platform products in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy \& Vision

  • Define and execute the enterprise product strategy: GRC Cartridges, MCP service layer, alarm triage, and corporate security platform
  • Own the enterprise go-to-market product narrative — position Trackforce as the embedded security intelligence layer inside F2000 SOCs
  • Lead Customer Advisory Board engagement — translate enterprise buyer needs into validated product bets
  • Drive the 'Explore' side of the Defend/Expand/Explore strategic framework (20% of roadmap capacity)

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop 2-3 PMs: PM Command Center, PM Enterprise/GRC, and Sr. PM

Platform \& APIs

  • Evaluate team members against clear deliverables and success criteria during test periods
  • Hire and onboard new PMs as the enterprise portfolio grows
  • Establish dual-track agile practices across the enterprise product team

Execution \& Delivery

  • Own enterprise MVP delivery within 6-week timeboxes — scope shrinks to fit, deadlines never move
  • Drive the MCP integration platform — the open service layer that lets customers connect their own AI/SIEM/SOAR tools
  • Partner with engineering to deliver the Cross-Platform Data Lake and unified API
  • Own enterprise P\&L awareness — tie every roadmap investment to measurable revenue and expansion outcomes

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage directly with F500 security directors and CISOs to drive enterprise deal cycles
  • Partner with Sales on enterprise cross-sell ($8M identified opportunity)
  • Collaborate with VP Product on quarterly ring-fence reviews — adjust Defend/Explore split based on NRR
  • Report on enterprise roadmap progress, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 10\+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • 5\+ years leading and developing product managers
  • Demonstrated track record of building and shipping enterprise-grade platforms (APIs, integrations, multi-tenant architecture)
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles ($100K\+ ACV) and direct engagement with C-level security buyers
  • Strong technical fluency — comfortable with API design, data architecture, and platform strategy
  • Experience with dual-track agile, continuous discovery, and rapid experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting background or experience working with Fortune 500 stakeholders is a strong plus
  • Domain experience in physical security, corporate security technology, or adjacent verticals
  • Experience at a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS company navigating multi-product portfolio consolidation
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience building open platform / integration marketplace products
  • Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) workflows
