Director, Product

For our client, we are seeking a Director Product to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop product managers, conducting performance reviews and fostering growth
• Champion AI-augmented product practices across the team
• Support growth initiatives by providing subject matter expertise in client pitches
• Uphold standards for product strategy and client experience across all engagements
• Partner with engineering and design to thoughtfully integrate AI capabilities
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the team
• Mature and evolve product-related offerings, including consulting services

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of product management experience, preferably in consulting or cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor product teams effectively
• Understanding of AI's integration in product development
• Proficiency in building consumer-facing mobile and web applications
• Strong strategic planning and client-facing skills
