This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the vision and strategy for multiple enterprise SaaS products, guiding a high-performing team of product managers to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. You will define multi-year roadmaps, balance short-term execution with long-term strategic growth, and influence stakeholders at every level, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The position involves leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, analysis, and decision-making while maintaining a focus on usability, scalability, and measurable business impact. You will serve as a mentor, coach, and evangelist, fostering a data-driven and collaborative product culture that drives adoption, engagement, and revenue growth across your product portfolio.

Accountabilities

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, gaps, and areas for differentiation.
  • Mentor and guide a team of Sr. Product Managers and Product Managers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Champion AI-enabled experimentation, discovery, and analytics to improve product decision-making and accelerate outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product feasibility, positioning, adoption, and retention.
  • Present product roadmaps, KPIs, and business cases to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee prioritization, trade-offs, and execution across multiple product teams, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact on growth, engagement, and revenue.

Requirements

  • 10\+ years of product management experience, including 5\+ years in a leadership role within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience building and scaling high-performing product teams.
  • Strong expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, and subscription-based business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy that drives revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Experience influencing C-level executives, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Technical acumen to evaluate feasibility, lead AI-powered analysis, and align products with customer and market needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Experience managing global product teams, AI/ML-driven products, or data-heavy platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant leadership experience is a plus.
