District Manager – Saudi Arabia

We are partnering with a

leading, high-growth F\&B brand

in the region to appoint a

District Manager

to oversee multi-site restaurant operations across Saudi Arabia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a

well-established yet rapidly expanding business

, with ambitious growth plans to significantly scale its footprint over the coming years.

The Role

As District Manager, you will lead multiple restaurant locations through a team of Area Managers, driving

operational excellence, commercial performance, and exceptional customer experience

.

You will play a critical role in shaping performance, building leadership capability, and ensuring consistency across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Leadership \& Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers to deliver operational and financial targets
  • Build a high-performance, accountable culture
  • Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline across the district

🔹 Operational Excellence

  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and safety
  • Oversee SOP compliance, audits, and performance improvement plans
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions

🔹 Financial Performance

  • Own full district P\&L (sales, costs, profitability)
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and optimise costs
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting with Area Managers

🔹 Customer Experience

  • Champion a customer-first mindset across all locations
  • Monitor feedback and drive service improvements
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand experience

🔹 Growth \& Strategy

  • Support new store openings and market expansion
  • Drive local store marketing and sales initiatives
  • Align operations with broader business strategy

🔹 Compliance \& Risk

  • Ensure full adherence to local regulations and company policies
  • Oversee health, safety, and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • 8–12 years’ experience in QSR/F\&B operations
  • 3–5\+ years managing at Area Manager level or above
  • Proven experience leading multi-site operations

Key Skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching capability
  • Commercial and financial acumen (P\&L ownership essential)
  • Operational excellence mindset
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Hands-on, field-oriented approach (including weekends/public holidays as required)
