District Sales Manager
Location:
Concord, CA (District-Level Role)
Overview
As our
District Sales Manager
, you will lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing outside sales team while driving both
B2B and B2C sales growth
across your district. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Representatives to identify, prioritize, and convert sales opportunities into long‑term partnerships, while also nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.
You'll collaborate closely with our
Leadership Team
and branch operations to shape sales strategy, improve processes, and scale the team for continued growth. This role is ideal for a
high‑energy, collaborative sales leader
who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys developing people as much as closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a
cohesive, high‑performing outside sales team
- Coach and train sales representatives across all stages of the sales cycle (prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing)
- Drive revenue growth across
B2B and B2C sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a strategic portfolio of customers
- Partner with
branch operations and executive leadership
to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Use sales analytics, pipeline data, and performance metrics to guide decision‑making and forecasting
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales talent as the team scales
- Lead regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales strategy sessions
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5\+ years of experience in sales and sales management
, Must have recebt
B2B and B2C environments
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales professionals (team of 5 minimally)
- Naturally extroverted with a genuine ability to build relationships and connect with others
- Highly collaborative, with experience working cross‑functionally across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to quickly adapt in changing environments
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using sales metrics to inform strategy
- A team‑oriented leader who inspires others to perform at their best
- Demonstrates integrity, humility, dependability, and a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
