Domestic IT Recruiter

to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

end-to-end IT recruitment

, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify the required technical skills, experience, and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Search and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Validate candidate details including experience, CTC, expected CTC, notice period, location, and employment details.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly sourcing, screening, submission, and closure targets.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to meet client hiring requirements.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Good follow-up and candidate management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills will be an added advantage.
