We are looking for an experienced

Duck Creek Business Analyst (BA

) with

5\+ years of experience in insurance domain and Duck Creek suit

e. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into Duck Creek configurations, and ensure successful delivery of policy, billing, or claims solutions

.Key Responsibilitie

• sCollaborate with business stakeholders to

elicit, analyze, and document requirement

s for Duck Creek implementations (Policy, Billing, Claims)

• .Translate business needs into

functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteri

a

• .Work closely with technical teams to design

Duck Creek configurations (product, rules, workflows, transactions

)

• .Understand and support

Duck Creek Author, Express, and related tool

s

• .Participate in

product configuration, solution design, and implementation discussion

s

• .Perform

gap analysi

s between business requirements and Duck Creek capabilities

• .Create

BRD, FRD, process flows, data mapping documents, and use case

s

• .Support

integration requirement

s (APIs, third-party systems, legacy systems)

• .Participate in

Agile ceremonie

s (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos)

• .Work with QA teams for

test case creation, SIT/UAT support, and defect managemen

t

• .Ensure

traceability of requirement

s throughout the project lifecycle

• .Assist during

production support, issue analysis, and enhancement
