As a Marketing Manager based in New York, you’ll be at the center of that growth, responsible for executing how we connect with fans and driving high-impact advertising across digital and offline platforms to build a brand that resonates and connect with fans. You'll collaborate with teammate to shape campaigns and help define strategically how we go to market.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000\. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own campaign delivery
— Drive end-to-end execution of major campaigns in market, from brief through to post-campaign analysis
- Scale regionally
— Ensure central creative and media planning is adapted to account for local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and nuance without losing brand integrity
- Impact Editorial
– Work with our product team to optimize our .com and app shop front, merchandising content and enhancing landing page performance
- Optimise relentlessly
— Use performance data to continuously improve channel efficiency, audience targeting, and ROI across paid, owned, and earned media
- Collaborate cross-functionally
— Work closely with creative, insights, product, and commercial teams globally to sharpen messaging, placement, and timing
- Establish best practice
— Oversee budget management, forecasting, and performance reporting
What You'll Bring:
- 3\+ years of experience in integrated growth marketing, ideally within sports, media, entertainment, or subscription-based businesses.
- Experience working on large-scale holistic integrated marketing programs
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategy, including paid media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social platforms
- Experience working in a data-driven environment, driving measurable results across acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing
- Background in a fast-paced, subscription-led, content, or entertainment business
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct reports and external agency partners
- Passion for sport — you don't need to be a hockey or basketball expert on day one, but genuine enthusiasm for the world of sport matters here
