Data Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a thoughtful and curious Data Analyst to join our team. This role is about more than working with spreadsheets and numbers — it’s about understanding what the data is telling us and helping people make better decisions because of it.

You’ll work closely with different teams to turn raw information into clear, useful insights. We’re looking for someone who enjoys asking questions, spotting patterns, and explaining findings in a way that makes sense to people who may not work with data every day.

You don’t need to have every answer on day one. What matters most is that you’re analytical, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.

What You’ll Do

Collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources.

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and regular performance updates.

Look for trends, patterns, and unusual changes that could help the business.

Work with team members to understand their questions and identify the right data to answer them.

Translate complex findings into clear, practical recommendations.

Help maintain data accuracy and identify issues or inconsistencies.

Track key performance indicators and help teams understand how they are performing.

Support business and operational decisions with reliable data and analysis.

Present your findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Look for ways to improve reporting processes and make data easier to access and understand.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a data analyst, business analyst, reporting, or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience with SQL and working with databases.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting the numbers right.

The ability to explain data clearly without relying on technical jargon.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

A practical mindset — you’re interested not just in what the numbers say, but what we should do about them.

A willingness to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working.
