Job Description

We’re partnering with a seriously exciting, early stage AI company building in one of the most important shifts happening right now - how brands show up in AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Google AI overviews, Perplexity etc).

Backed by top-tier investors and growing fast, they’re now hiring their first dedicated Customer Success hires to help build the function from the ground up.

It’s for someone who wants to:

  • Own the full customer lifecycle (onboarding - retention - expansion)
  • Build real relationships with customers and become a trusted partner
  • Spot commercial opportunities and drive growth across accounts
  • Put structure in place (health scoring, playbooks, processes) as the business scales

You’ll be working directly with the Head of GTM and leadership team, shaping how Customer Success operates as the company grows.

What they’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management (ideally SaaS)
  • Strong track record of retaining and growing accounts
  • Comfortable managing a mix of enterprise, mid-market and SMB customers
  • Commercially minded - retention is the baseline, growth is the goal
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders (VP / C-suite)
  • Someone proactive, sharp, and comfortable in a fast moving environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in AI, martech or data-led SaaS
  • Exposure to building playbooks / processes in CS
  • Strong understanding of product usage data / account health
