g a Communications \& Social Media Manager to lead how our story is told. This individual will play a key role in shaping the voice of our company, our new division, and the partners we work with.

This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and analytical, someone who understands storytelling just as well as they understand performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms
• Create and manage content (graphics, copy, video, campaigns)
• Draft and distribute press releases and media communications
• Build and execute email campaigns, including email blasts and segmented email merges
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Tell the story of our company, clients, and partners in a compelling way
• Track performance metrics and optimize engagement
• Support broader marketing, branding, and communications initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and promotions

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management, marketing, or communications
• Strong writing skills, including experience with press releases and professional email communications
• Experience with email marketing platforms and list management (email merges, segmentation, etc.)
• Ability to manage ongoing communication across multiple audiences
• Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
