Primavera P6, Unifier and PeopleSoft Application Developer/Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Primavera P6, Unifier, and PeopleSoft Application Developer/Specialist to join our innovative IT team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level project management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. You will leverage your expertise to optimize project scheduling, contract management, and financial systems, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms. Duties

• Develop, customize, and support Primavera P6 for complex project scheduling and resource management needs.
• Design, configure, and maintain custom applications and workflows supporting project management, financial tracking, and reporting processes.
• Implement and maintain Oracle PeopleSoft modules related to finance, HR, and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and develop Unifier workflows and integrations to streamline project lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions utilizing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), RESTful APIs, and other web services for seamless data exchange.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
• Lead system integration efforts involving ETL processes for data migration and synchronization across diverse platforms such as Oracle Database and cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Apply best practices in system security including system hardening, vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence integration, firewall configuration, VPN setup, load balancing strategies, and cloud security measures.
• Contribute to Agile development cycles by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews using Git or similar version control tools, and documentation following SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Proven experience with Primavera P6 project management software implementation and support.
• Strong background in PeopleSoft application development with expertise in modules such as Finance and/or HR.
• Extensive knowledge of solution architecture principles including service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices architecture, and system design best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools for data migration; familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL, scripting languages (Python, Shell Scripting), and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems issues quickly; strong debugging capabilities are required.

Pay: $100,000\.00 - $120,000\.00 per year
