What You Will Be Responsible For

• Analyze financial performance and identify key business trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
• Assist with profitability analysis and strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and financial processes
• Support ongoing business analytics and process improvement efforts

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in

Finance or Accounting

required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the story behind the numbers
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Internship or early career experience in finance, accounting, FP\&A, or business analytics is a plus
