Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpenter located in Laguna Hills, CA. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing structural and finish carpentry tasks, including framing, assembling, and installing various wooden structures. Duties will include the use of power tools and hand tools to measure, cut, and shape materials accurately according to design specifications. The role also involves inspecting work for quality, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and building regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry, including both structural and finish carpentry and remodeling
• Competence in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wooden and other materials
• Experience with Framing and the ability to construct structures to design specifications
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and construction best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in varying conditions
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, and a relevant trade certification is an asset
