ETL Developer - SAS (Ref:cWRQp)

We are looking for our client, a respected IT \& Consulting Company focused on Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Reporting, to hire a skilled

ETL developer

for multiple and diverse European projects.

What you would do \& responsibilities:

• Design, develop and testing ETL (SAS Data Integration) flows according to business requirements, based on the source to target mappings.
• Responsible for developing information architecture
• Contributing to deployment of code changes, mappings and metadata
• Understand the Logical Data Model and Physical Data Model
• Create technical specifications documents and design process diagrams
• Conduct performance analysis and optimize ETL jobs, custom SQL Pl SQL jobs
• Resolve semantic discrepancies in data definitions that arise among multiple sources and projects
• Perform unit tests, validate data flows and prepare ETL processes according to business requirements
• Contributing to end-to-end testing – perform System Integration testing and offer support for UAT
• Peer review of other developers work

Requirements:

• Experience in designing, developing and deploying ETL processes (knowledge of SAS Data Integrator it's a plus)
• Good knowledge of Oracle Database (sql, plsql)
• Ability to debug and resolve data load performance issues
• Advanced skills in data design and physical implementation of databases
• Analyst developer, with a clear focus on data base modeling, ETL and reporting
• Knowledge of DWH paradigms and methodologies
