Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Brand \& Activation Leadership
- Act as the primary marketing lead for a portfolio of
2–3 emerging / new business brands
- Drive
consistent and relevant social media presence
, from content ideation to execution
- Plan and execute
in-store and out-of-store activations
, sampling programs, and trial-driving initiatives
- Support
NPD launches
, ensuring strong visibility, awareness, and trial through integrated marketing activities
Collaboration \& Integration
- Work cross-functionally with
Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
- Partner with other
JAPFA brands
and selected
external non-JAPFA brands
for collaborations and co-activations
- Plug emerging brands into
enterprise-level marketing platforms and initiatives
where relevant
Innovation and NPD
- Develop strong consumer understanding and identify insights and new business or new product opportunities.
- Work with BU teams, R\&D, Supply Chain, Sales team to develop and launch NPD.
- Ensure fast, practical execution with a test-and-learn mindset
- Translate brand needs into clear, actionable marketing activities.

Required Experience \& Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience

FMCG or D2C marketing
(mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- In-store activation, sampling, and trial programs
- Social media content creation and execution
- Supporting or launching NPDs
- Cross-functional coordination
- Working with external partners and vendors
- Experience with
Digital-first and Modern Trade brands
(required)
- Comfortable operating with limited resources and evolving priorities
