Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Product to lead the end-to-end product strategy, execution, and scale for a fast-growing consumer tech platform. This role will own the product vision, drive user-centric innovation, and deliver business outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
You will work closely with the founders, engineering, design, data, and growth teams to build category-defining products and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Product Strategy \& Vision
- Define and own the long-term product vision aligned with business goals
- Identify market opportunities, user needs, and emerging trends
- Build and continuously refine product roadmaps across core and new initiatives
2\. Product Execution \& Delivery
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → development → launch → iteration
- Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
- Ensure high-quality, timely delivery with strong execution rigor
3\. User \& Growth Focus
- Deeply understand user behavior, pain points, and journeys
- Drive metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Partner with growth and marketing teams to scale user base and improve funnels
4\. Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team (PMs, analysts)
- Establish strong product culture, processes, and best practices
- Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, and business teams
5\. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage data, experimentation, and insights to inform decisions
- Define success metrics and track product performance rigorously
- Champion A/B testing, analytics, and feedback loops
6\. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with founders and leadership on strategy and execution
- Collaborate with business, ops, and external partners where required
Qualifications \& Experience
- 8–14\+ years in product management, with significant experience in consumer tech
- Proven track record of scaling products with large user bases (B2C, marketplaces, fintech, etc.)
- Experience in leading and building product teams at scale
- Strong understanding of growth, user behavior, and product analytics
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
